Seller and scope
AUTOLIFT PRODUCTION s.r.o. (“AUTOLIFT”), registered office Příkop 838/6, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, Company ID 04741269, is the contracting seller for the storefronts listed below.
This policy applies to AUTOLIFT’s English-language EU storefronts for Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, and Slovakia. It does not apply to Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, or the United States.
This policy covers statutory Consumer withdrawal and AUTOLIFT’s additional voluntary return offer for eligible non-defective goods. Defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming goods are handled under the Warranty, Defects & Claims section of the applicable Terms & Conditions.
Consumer right to withdraw within 14 days
A Consumer may withdraw from a qualifying distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the Consumer, or a person designated by the Consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. Where one order is delivered in multiple parts, the applicable period begins when the last qualifying part is received.
To exercise this right, the Consumer must send AUTOLIFT a clear statement of the decision to withdraw before the 14-day period ends. Contact: info@autoliftproduction.com. The Consumer may use a legally required model withdrawal form where applicable, but an unambiguous statement is sufficient unless mandatory law requires another method.
After notifying AUTOLIFT, the Consumer must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice. The Consumer is responsible for the direct cost of the return unless AUTOLIFT agreed otherwise or mandatory law places that cost on AUTOLIFT.
AUTOLIFT will reimburse payments required by mandatory withdrawal law, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound-delivery option offered for the order. Any additional amount paid for a premium delivery option need not be reimbursed where applicable law permits that treatment. Reimbursement is made using the original payment method unless the Consumer expressly agrees otherwise and incurs no fee as a result.
Reimbursement must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after AUTOLIFT is informed of the withdrawal. AUTOLIFT may withhold reimbursement until it receives the goods or the Consumer supplies evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first, where applicable law permits this.
The Consumer is responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The stricter unused-product conditions below apply only to the additional voluntary offer and do not restrict statutory withdrawal or defect rights.
Additional voluntary 30-day returns
In addition to mandatory rights, Consumers and Business Buyers may return eligible non-defective goods under this voluntary offer by contacting AUTOLIFT no later than 30 calendar days after delivery and meeting the conditions below.
This voluntary offer applies to current standard and promotional products unless an applicable offer expressly states an exception. The current catalogue has no personalized or made-to-order products. Future product or promotion exceptions must be disclosed before purchase.
Starting and sending a voluntary return
Contact info@autoliftproduction.com before sending the goods and include the order or invoice number, product, and contact details. Wait for suitable carrier, handling, and destination instructions before sending heavy equipment.
After contacting AUTOLIFT, send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after that initial contact, using a suitable carrier or freight service in accordance with AUTOLIFT’s instructions.

Voluntary returns are made by carrier or freight service, not in store. The Buyer pays ordinary voluntary-return freight. This offer does not provide a fixed return fee or prepaid return label. This rule does not determine freight for a valid defective or incorrect-goods claim.
Condition and proof for the voluntary offer
To qualify for the additional voluntary offer, goods must be unused, complete, undamaged, without signs of use, and in undamaged original packaging. A signed original invoice or delivery note must be provided.
These voluntary conditions do not restrict mandatory withdrawal, defect, or warranty rights.
Refund under the voluntary offer
For a return accepted under the voluntary offer, AUTOLIFT refunds 100% of the product purchase price. There is no restocking fee or other fixed or percentage deduction from that product price. The Buyer pays ordinary return freight.
Original outbound delivery is not refunded for voluntary Consumer returns during days 15–30. This does not change the standard outbound-delivery reimbursement required for a valid statutory Consumer withdrawal.
Refunds are made using the original payment method. AUTOLIFT processes a qualifying voluntary-return refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned goods and completes its inspection within that same period.
Exchanges and other outcomes
This policy does not provide an exchange, store credit, seasonal extension, or out-of-stock replacement.
